At Jet Park Hotel, we are fortunate that we have a superb product to work with but this must be complimented by excellent customer service so that guests leave feeling completely satisfied with their stay. It is a frequent occurrence that guests complement our staff throughout the departments on their helpfulness, friendliness, and great customer service; this is also reflected in the positive guest comment cards received.
However, it is also just as important to seek and acknowledge constructive feedback and we recognize that we will not always get it right. Giving us the opportunity to rectify our errors, and learn from the mistakes we have made is greatly appreciated.

Yes we are looking forward to our stay again on the 4th July, we loved your hotel last time we did our overseas trip. It is great to be able to park our car with no worries while we are away, the rooms spotless, the bathroom so clean. The food was awesome, so this is why we came back- thank you.
Top quality service - easily the best I've experienced in the last decade and a half of being in New Zealand. The food was fabulous and despite coming with a raft of allergies, I was well catered for, and I was never made to feel like I was being a pain in the butt! The staff are AMAZING! Thank you for an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend the Jet Park Hotel and Conference Centre to anyone willing to listen and look forward to my next stay. Oh... and I was super impressed with the hotel being dog friendly. Nice one guys.

Good afternoon. I do not reply to requests for feedback unless there is something particular I wish to say, but this time there is. I wish to thank the hotel very much for being so well organized and on the ball, which meant you avoided my missing my flight to Brisbane. You not only realized the bus was one person short for the 4.30am departure to the airport, you worked out it was me who hadn't appeared for the bus, phoned me, then took me to the airport despite the fact that I was late and the transfer bus had already left. Just to tell you how much we appreciated the stay, park and fly service recently. The young man who picked us up from the airport at 9:00pm last Monday night couldn't have been more helpful. He is an excellent ambassador of your Auckland hotel. The reception staff were also very friendly and efficient and we enjoyed a top class meal in your restaurant. We will definitely stay with you again, next time we fly. Well done everyone. (Oct 2013)
Dear Manager, ... I really would like to compliment you and your staff for a very comfortable stay yet again in your hotel. We have been frequent visitors in the past in fact since you first opened and your hotel improves with every visit. Having just returned from overseas,and having stayed in many hotels on our journey Istanbul, Incheon, Barcelona and Paris. Your hotel stands head and shoulders above the rest in all departments, friendly helpful staff, great food, and a very comfortable room. Thankyou, hope to see you again on our next trip.
Hey Lynn - Back in the office following our successful trip to Bathurst and a BIG thanks to you – Barry and I were upgraded into the suite it was just lovely! J. We brought the group back to our room for a look and they were most impressed, but in saying that they were most impressed with their rooms and we all had dinner in the restaurant and they we had 2 rooms for the guys on the return also ~ so all in all it was great and as per usual Jet Park looked after my guests with your normal great service!

I arrived tired and quite late and from the time I was picked up at the airport, I can only speak highly of the welcome and friendliness of the staff. My room was spotless, the facilities excellent. My breakfast was most enjoyable and served by very pleasant staff. When I am in transit to visit my daughter in Cairns I endeavour to stay here if there is a room available. I find the whole atmosphere very comfortable and have confidence in the reliability of staff to get me to the airport on time. Thank-you!

Staying at your hotel is a great option with the parking service. It makes everything so convenient. We stay at the hotel because of the car park and the shuttle service. This time it was amazing to get hot towels in the shuttle on our return, after a long flight with none. Well done - what a great Idea.
