The Society of the Golden Keys

Officially registered as U.I.C.H (Union Internationale des Concierge d' Hotel) Les Clefs d'Or is an International network of men and women with common interests and goals.
The first such association saw the light of day on 6th Oct 1929 when 11 Concierges from the Grand Hotel of Paris realized that they could operate more effectively as a team than as individually. If they could join forces they felt they could make their services more indispensable. They have their own mystique, a combination of their expertise, sources of inside information, intelligence, and communication. Our Les Clefs d'Or Concierge Society is a non-political and non religious society. We will do everything that is morally and legally permitted to assist our guests. We promote friendship between members so that they may better assist our international travellers and tourists.

Being a part of a team of like minded people who take pride and pleasure in the fact that we give our hotel guests and travellers the very best possible advice to make their time in Auckland and New Zealand a time to remember and we hope that they will want to come back again. I believe my strengths include an understanding of all of our guests needs because each day they will vary, each guest is a individual and I try to provide and guide them to the right experience making sure that they get good value for their money.
