At Jet Park Hotel, we are fortunate that we have a superb product to work with but this must be complimented by excellent customer service so that guests leave feeling completely satisfied with their stay. It is a frequent occurrence that guests compliment our staff throughout the departments on their helpfulness, friendliness, and great customer service, this is also reflected in the positive guest comment cards received.

However, it is also just as important to seek and acknowledge constructive feedback and we recognize that we will not always get it right. Giving us the opportunity to rectify our errors,and learn from the mistakes we have made is greatly appreciated.
