Good service everything! Despite being there for isolation everything was good, the food was nice & loved that house keeping would always call if i needed anything.

Was a lovely experience staying at the Hotel. Was pleasant, calm and friendly. All of the teams were great. I think we can keep few lemons in stock for instance if someone who feels sick can have. Apart from that no other concerns to raise. Valentine's day innovative work was incredible so as to support the well being. Overall was really a good experience.

currently a MIQ facility, and what an amazing place!! so beautiful it is, the staff have been so amazing, the food has been awesome, and this whole experience has been beyond what i expected, having to quarantine with the kids under 6 i thought would be a nightmare but the staff make sure the kids are happy and i couldn't be happier with the service here!!

Thank you for looking after us for two weeks. Amazing staff and very safe property to isolate for covid. Nurses and Securities were very helpful and staff from the hotel. Friendly service and we were both happy.

Overall the stay was good, in exception of communication. If staff can communicate with the residents it alleviates anxiety during the stay. The hotel rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Children's menu should be more varied.
