Top quality service - easily the best I've experienced in the last decade and a half of being in New Zealand. The food was fabulous and despite coming with a raft of allergies, I was well catered for.

Thank you for the wonderful welcome shown to the Paralympics New Zealand athletes and team staff at our recent team camp… The New Zealand team were made so welcome at the Jet Park Hotel, and nothing was too much trouble for the Jet Park staff – from moving furniture to allow more room for wheelchairs, assisting with bags and bikes, and arranging the airport transfers and the amazing meals!

I arrived tired and quite late and from the time I was picked up at the airport, I can only speak highly of the welcome and friendliness of the staff. My room was spotless, the facilities excellent.

Every time we have stayed at JetPark whether as a family or a couple the facility is excellent in all aspects and the service is nothing but the best in everyway. I recommend the JetPark Hotel in every way whether you are travelling from New Zealand or coming to New Zealand.

I have stayed at a number of hotels around Auckland Airport and nothing comes even close to Jet Park. Start your holiday early by booking a night before you depart. You won’t regret it!
