Cleaning & sanitising plan

We have put in place a comprehensive cleaning and sanitising plan for our hotels to ensure they're cleaned more frequently and with extra care. The same applies to our conference centres and restaurants. Feel free to use the hand sanitiser wipes in your room. Rest assured all our rooms in all hotels have individual air-conditioning. Like other businesses tackling this issue, we're being guided by the Ministry of Health.

Flexible cancellations - supporting your travels

We know that flexibility is what our guests are looking for right now. So, we are waiving cancellation fees for stays up until 30 April 2020. This only applies to existing bookings made directly with the Jet Park Hotels via phone, email or website.

This does not apply to any bookings made via third party websites, travel agent or your company. Please contact your booker to make the necessary changes. We continue to monitor the situation and will keep you updated on this page.
