Choosing Jet Park Airport Hotel & Conference Centre as your preferred venue is the first step in ensuring a successful event. To show our appreciation for choosing us we would like to offer you FREE room hire!
 
We are now offering FREE venue hire when booking a conference on any Monday between 01 March 2011 and 31 December 2011. All conferences must include full catering options and have a minimum of 15 delegates.

Choosing Jet Park Airport Hotel & Conference Centre as your venue is the first step in ensuring a successful conference. You will be personally assigned an event coordinator who is dedicated to assisting you from your initial enquiry through to the delivery of your function. Experienced, professional, and caring your coordinator can assist you with advice on venues, catering, technical equipment, and logistics allowing the conference booking process to be a stress free and enjoyable experience.
On Arrival
On the day of your function, our highly skilled event service staff will meet you on your arrival and be your point of contact throughout the day. With a reputation of delivering excellent service and attention to detail our service team will ensure that your function runs smoothly and is a success.

Parking & Airport transfers

Parking at Jet Park Hotel & Conference Centre is a stress free experience with ample FREE car parking for all conferencing delegates throughout the day.

A complimentary transfer service for your delegates from both domestic and international terminals is available saving you the expense of a taxi or coach transfer.

Conference Service

A full service business centre is available on the ground floor. Photocopying, printing, and faxing can be arranged with your event service staff on the day. 

Our event service staff are here to assist you in any way we can throughout the entire duration of your visit, so that your conference is a success. 

At the completion of your event your event co-ordinator will contact you to evaluate the whole conferencing experience enabling you the opportunity to provide open and honest feed back which is valued by all staff within the team.
