24 Hour Reception.

Our receptionists are available 24-hours a day catering for those late arrivals (or early departures) common to an airport property. Our staff will help you with any queries about our services and facilities.

Concierge.

We are proud to have in our employ an official member of the Les Clefs d’Or society, an internationally recognized concierge who will provide you with vast knowledge and links to New Zealand tourism and services. Our concierge over-sees the team of porters.

Hostess Service.

If you are staying in our Deluxe rooms or Suites, a specially designated hostess is available to familiarize you with your room facilities, and arrange any extra requirements you may have.
