Kiwi Ballroom is located on the ground floor and is the largest space at 228m2. This room is ideal for large conferences, product launches, events, and functions. This space seats 240 people theatre style, and 250 people cocktail style. The Kiwi and Pukeko Conference Rooms are on the ground floor and both spaces are 114m2. These rooms are ideal for numbers from 40 to 125 people depending on seating style. Kokako Room is located on the top floor and is 109m2. This room is ideal for numbers from 40 to 125 people depending on seating style. This space offers superb views across to Rangitoto. Tui Room is located on the top floor and is 70m2. This room is ideal for numbers from 28 to 80 people depending on seating style.

Kauri Room is located on the first floor in the main hotel and is just under 75m2. This room is ideal for numbers from 15 to 60 people depending on seating style. Rimu Room is located on the second floor in the main hotel and is 55m2. This room is ideal for numbers from 4 to 30 people depending on seating style. The Fantail, Godwit, Kowhai and Pohutukawa Boardrooms are excellent rooms for private meetings of up to 10 people. These are comfortable fully equipped spaces for you to conduct your business meetings.

We have worked hard to design a venue that will ensure your guests thoroughly enjoy the time they take to refuel during your function. The executive chef has created a menu suitable for every occasion, whether it be a full buffet, a finger food styled lunch, gala dinner, or glittering cocktail function- we are able to help. For smaller groups, we may be able to accommodate a la carte dining in our restaurant. We have a great range of menus using only the freshest fruit and produce to help make your function a memorable one. We can cater for all dietary requirements.  A selection of our menus are below, please enquire with our helpful Conference & Events Manager for any specific or additional requests you have.

Choosing Jet Park Airport Hotel & Conference Centre as your venue is the first step in ensuring a successful conference. You will be personally assigned a Conference & Events Manager who is dedicated to assisting you from your initial enquiry through to the delivery of your function. Experienced, professional, and caring your coordinator can assist you with advice on venues, catering, technical equipment, and logistics allowing the conference booking process to be a stress free and an enjoyable experience.

 

On Arrival

On the day of your function, our highly skilled event service staff will meet you on your arrival and be your point of contact throughout the day. With a reputation of delivering excellent service and attention to detail our service team will ensure that your function runs smoothly and is a success.

 

Free Onsite Parking

Parking at Jet Park Hotel & Conference Centre is a stress free experience with ample FREE car parking for all conferencing delegates throughout the day.

 

Free Airport Shuttle

A complimentary transfer service for your delegates from both domestic and international terminals is available saving you the expense of a taxi or coach transfer.

We understand AV equipment can play a vital role in a successful conference. The Jet Park Hotel has a great rage of the latest state of the art equipment available for hire at an additional cost. For any additional equipment that we do not stock just speak to your Conference & Events Manager and they will be happy to source your requirements from one of our reliable and trusted suppliers.

Full wireless internet facilities are available throughout all conference rooms for an additional charge, they have no maximum download restrictions and have no limit to the number of delegates that can be connected at one time allowing everyone to participate in the conference.  View equipment list
