AIR-CONDITIONING
Your room has climate control air-conditioning. The control panel is located next to your bed, or next to the television, Detailed instructions can be found in the ‘Instructions’ section of in-room compendiums.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS Dial 0
Domestic or International airline reservations and confirmations can be arranged through Reception.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS Dial 0
Hotel shuttle or taxi service can be arranged through Reception.

AIRPORT DEPARTURE TAX
Airport Departure tax stickers are no longer required for international travel from Auckland Airport. The Airport fees are now included in your ticket.

BABY FACILITIES Dial 0
Cots and baby baths are available from Housekeeping. 

BABY SITTERS Dial 0
Experienced baby sitters can be arranged through Reception. Please allow a minimum of four hours to enable us to make necessary arrangements.

BANKING Dial 0
The Bank of New Zealand is the nearest available bank and is located at the corner of George Bolt Memorial Drive and Tom Pearce Drive. Alternatively all major foreign currency and travellers cheques can be exchanged at  Reception. Eftpos is also available for your convenience. There are also banking facilities at the airport.

BAR Dial 8907
The Indaba Lounge Bar is located adjacent to the hotel Restaurant on the ground level. The Bar is open from 10.30AM till 11.00PM.

BATH TOWELS Dial 0
For additional bath towels, please contact Housekeeping.

BEAUTY THERAPY Dial 0
A mobile qualified beautician and therapist can be arranged. Minimum of 4 hours required for bookings. Minimum $50 spend for callout. Please contact Concierge for further details.

BIKE HIRE Dial 0
Two bikes are permanently set up in the South wing lobby area for Hire - $15 for up to 4 hours per bike or $30 full day per bike. More bikes can be organised - contact Concierge for assistance.

BLANKETS Dial 8911
An additional blanket can be found in your wardrobe or under the safe on the storage shelves.

BOOK LIBRARY                                
There is a book library on the Level 1 link lobby for you to enjoy. Help yourself or feel free to exchange a book.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is available from 5AM until 10:30 AM in Te Maroro Restaurant. Alternatively, room service will be happy to serve you breakfast in your room, simply complete the breakfast menu card which can be found on your door handle, and place it outside your room prior to retiring for the night. The cards will be collected at 2AM.

BUSINESS CENTRE
There is a Business Centre located off main reception, ground floor lobby. Fully equipped with high speed internet access, photocopier and many other services that you may require.

CAR STORAGE Dial 0
We provide 10 days complimentary car storage for guests staying 1 night or more.  This is subject to availability and must be pre-booked. For information please contact the Concierge.

Our check out time is 10.00am. If you wish to check out later than 10.00am please contact Reception.

CHILDREN'S INDOOR PLAY AREA Dial 0
There is a small dedicated play area in the North wing ground floor link lobby. Please contact Reception.

There is a small play gym/area outside, next to the tepid swimming pool. Please contact Reception.

CREDIT/CREDIT CARDS
Jet Park Hotel welcomes the use of all major credit cards: American Express, Diners, Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard.
Charge back authorisations are available by prior arrangement. A credit card transaction fee of 1.5% applies for all credit card payments, this fee is subject to change without notice. Cash and Eftpos do not incur any surcharges.

DEPARTURE TAX

Te Maroro Restaurant is open for dinner 6PM - 10PM.  We provide award winning seasonal dishes that reflect a fusion of local and international cuisine, utilising some of New Zealands finest produce. Reservations are recommended. Please contact the restaurant.

DOCTOR/DENTIST/CHEMIST Dial 0
Please contact Reception who will make the necessary arrangements.

DRY CLEANING Dial 0
A same day service is available Monday to Sunday.  Please contact Housekeeping for collection before 8.00am. Your dry cleaning bag and docket can be found in the room.
Your dry cleaning will be delivered back to your room between 5.00PM and 6.00PM. For any other requests please contact Housekeeping.

DUTY MANAGER Dial 0
A Duty Manager is always available and will be pleased to give any assistance you may require.

ELECTRICITY Dial 0
The power in New Zealand is 240 volts. Adaptors for electrical appliances are available from Reception. A $20.00 deposit will be placed on your account.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE
All major foreign currency can be exchanged at Reception, alternatively, Bank of New Zealand is located at the Airport.

EMERGENCIES / FIRE Dial 0
The hotel is equipped with the most sophisticated fire prevention equipment. FIRE EXIT locations are mounted on the back of your door. Please familiarise yourself with the information provided.  For assistance please contact Reception.

ENTERTAINMENT Dial 0
A small selection of music CD’s are available in Deluxe rooms or Suites. These CD’s are complimentary for your use but will be charged to your account if you choose to keep them.  If you would like a list of other available music, please contact your Housekeeping Hostess.

FITNESS CENTRE (5 min away) Dial 0
Jet Park Hotel is a member of Fitness 24-7 at 38 Richard Pearse Drive. The Facilities and transfers are available to all house guests free of charge. Please contact the Concierge for further information.

FLIGHT INFORMATION
A television screen located in the hotel lobby always displays flight arrival and departure information- a great way for you to double check your flight status.

GIFT SHOP
Our gift shop is located in the ground floor lobby. We have a selection of both New Zealand and African Art as displayed around the hotel and in guest rooms.

GYMNASIUM ON-SITE Dial 0
An on-site full work-out Gymnasium is located on the ground floor, room #065, and is open from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Access via your room swipe card, this is a FREE facility for in-house guests.

HOTEL DRESS CODE
A reasonable standard of dress is required at all times. In the public areas, a minimum requirement is  smart casual wear, and footwear.
 
HOUSEKEEPING HOSTESS SERVICES Dial 0
Housekeeping is done on a daily basis. For all housekeeping services contact the housekeeping hostess.

INDABA LOUNGE BAR Dial 8907
Located on the ground floor next to Te Maroro Restaurant and beside the pool. Indaba Lounge is open from 10.3AM till 11PM every day.

INTERNET ACCESS Dial 0
WiFi Internet is now FREE to all guests in the lounge bar and lobby areas. Wireless access is available throughout the hotel including in the lobby, lounge bar, restaurant and poolside on the patio. High speed broadband internet access is available in all Premier and Deluxe Rooms. Simply plug your laptop in to connect. Our Business Centre has high speed internet access available for those guests who require a PC for use.

IRONING FACILITIES Dial 0
There is an ironing board and iron situated in your room; Or the guest laundry is located on the 1st floor opposite Room 131. For additional requirements please contact housekeeping.

LAUNDRY
Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the 1st floor opposite Room 131, operational from 7am - 9.30pm. These machines take $2.00 coins. Washing powder can be purchased from Reception for $1.00.

LOST AND FOUND Dial 0
All items that have been found are held by the housekeeper for a period of three months. If you have lost or mislaid any of your personal belongings, please contact the Housekeeper.

LUGGAGE STORAGE Dial 0
The hotel offers short term storage of your luggage, in a safe and secure room. Contact the Concierge for assistance.

MAIL
Mail can be forwarded by Reception. On checking out, please leave a forwarding address if mail is expected.

MAINTENANCE Dial 0
Please report any malfunctions in your room to Reception or fill in the comment card form provided.

MINI BAR Dial 8905
Select your favourite drink or refreshment from your personal in-room bar. The in-room bar attendant will record your consumption and replenish your supply daily. If you require any additional service please contact the restaurant.

MESSAGES Dial 0
Guest messages will be left under your door.

NEWSPAPERS
Your order for a complimentary morning newspaper will have been taken at time of check in. If you would like a newspaper, please call our concierge on 8914.

PARKING & CAR STORAGE Dial 0
We are able to provide complimentary car storage for 10 days for guests who stay with us for 1 night or more. This is subject to availability and must be pre-booked. The car park is fenced and has video camera surveillance.

PRIVACY
If you do not wish to be disturbed please place the “Privacy Requested” sign on your outside door handle.

RADIO
Radios are available in rooms for your listening pleasure. Refer to list of available local radio stations in-room compendiums.

We provide guests with 24 Hour complimentary return transfers to Auckland Airport Domestic and International Terminals.

SIGHTSEEING/RECREATION Dial 0
Please contact the Concierge who has a wide range of information on sightseeing, tours, sports and recreation in and around Auckland and Manukau.

SMOKING
Jet Park Hotel is smokefree in all indoor areas. Smoke detectors can be extremely sensitive. In the event of a false alarm being activated by smoking, the hotel reserves the right to recover the substantial costs charged by the NZ Fire Service. Designated smoking areas are available.

SWIMMING POOL
Our tepid swimming pool is situated on the ground floor adjacent to the lounge bar and is open from 7.00AM until 10.00PM.

Can be arranged through the Concierge and are available 24 hours a day. Jet Park Hotel has preferential rates available for Taxi hire to and from the city.

A good range of toiletries including shaving kits, tooth brushes and sewing kits are available from Reception.

WAKE UP CALLS Dial 0
Wake up calls can be arranged through reception. Alternatively, you may wish to program the alarm clock next to your bed.  To program a wakeup call on your phone manually, please see the detailed instructions section of in-room compendium.

VIP / LOYALTY CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Simply sign up to Jet Park Club at reception and you’re ready to earn reward dollars. Every time you stay we will automatically add 10% of the value of your bill in the equivalent reward dollars to your membership balance e.g: spend $100 and receive $10 reward dollars (not redeemable in cash). You can redeem these dollars for full or part payment of your future stays.
