Like Madame Cliquot I don’t think you need a special occasion to drink good wine – the wine list has been tailored a to suit all palettes from the refined subtlety of a New Zealand Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc to the biggest meatiest Barossa Valley Shiraz or Cabernet.
Each and every wine available has been tried and tested (extensively) to ensure it fits into the wine list making the end result like a puzzle with all the distinct and unique pieces forming a picture we think compliments the menu and style of Te Maroro.
If you look to the back page of the wine list you will see that we source all our wine as locally as possible, none of our wines have to travel further than Adelaide to be with you, so not only do we have extensive red and white on the list but also a touch of green.
