All Conference Bookings must be confirmed within 5 days of the original enquiry.
Details and requirements for the conference to be confirmed as soon as practical but no later than 7 working days before the commencement of the conference.
A cancellation fee equal to that of the total room hire charge will apply if a confirmed conference is cancelled within 14 days of the commencement date of the conference.
If the cancellation is within 48 hours of the event, catering charges may also apply.
Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Food and/or Liquor is not permitted to be brought into the conference facilities without the express permission of the Hotel Management.
Delegate number changes must be confirmed 3 working days prior to commencement of the function.
Any increase in numbers will incur additional charges.
Any decrease in numbers for catering 48 hours prior to the function commencing, will not be refundable.
