Accommodation Terms & ConditionsRoom Configuration:
Standard Cancellation PolicyAll unconfirmed bookings will be held up to 6pm on the day of arrival. Any bookings that have not been guaranteed by the guest, agent or company, will be released at 6pm . If credit card, voucher, charge back or re confirmation has guaranteed the booking, either by phone, fax or email, the room will be held until 10am the following day. Any bookings that have been guaranteed and are not cancelled by 4pm on the day of arrival and are not taken by the client, may incur a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation. Long Stay Accommodation Cancellation PolicyAll confirmed long stay bookings (7 continuous days or more) that have not been guaranteed by FIT, agent or company will be released 7 days prior to arrival. If the bookings have been guaranteed by credit card, voucher, charge-back, or re-confirmation by phone, fax or e-mail, the room will be held until 10AM on the day of departure.Any bookings that have been guaranteed and are not cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, nor taken up by the client, will incur a cancellation fee of TWO NIGHTS accommodation. |
