I have worked for Jet Park Hotel for just on nine years. I started as a night porter then to Concierge and then to Chief Concierge I was asked by the Past President of Les Clefs d' Or Society NZ Mr Dereck Fenn if I would like to join them which meant that I was to sit an exam and once I passed the exams I was able to join the ranks of the world renowned Les Clefs d ' Or Concierge Society NZ. My experience in customer service spans many years in many different roles and I have always had a passion for endeavouring to provide the best personal service I can, both to our customers and the Jet Park Hotel. Being a part of a team of like minded people who take pride and pleasure in the fact that we give our hotel guests and travellers the very best possible advice to make their time in Auckland and New Zealand a time to remember and we hope that they will want to come back again. I believe my strengths include an understanding of all of our guests needs because each day they will vary, each guest is a individual and I try to provide and guide them to the right experience making sure that they get good value for their money. Whether it’s a booking for a wine tour, day trips around Auckland City, tours all around New Zealand, a rental car, People Movers for larger family groups, or a private plane, limousine, Harley Davidson bike tour, taxi, tickets to a private function, doctors, dentists, boating trips, you name it, I am here to assist you. Most things are possible, as long as enough time has been given to make the bookings. If I am unable to source anything then I will call upon the network of the Les Clefs d'Or members throughout NZ and around the world to try and make it happen. I love my job and the people that I work with and the guests that I meet daily make a difference to my life. This passion is shared by our team, and I am pleased to be of service.
