“Jet Park Hotel has been my first job in Hospitality and I have worked here for over ten years now. I enjoy it very much because of the people I work with. The owners are very much involved with the hotel and staff on a professional and personal level. They have helped me very much and I am honored to be working for this company.”

Mele is a well-respected member of the Housekeeping team and is now a Team Leader, after having worked her way up from originally starting out as a part-time room attendant.  Having grown up in Tonga, Mele misses ‘her’ island and holidaying there reminds her of all the wonderful things she had growing up there.  Mele is very much a family person. She loves nothing more than going to the park and shopping with her daughter and spending time with her husband supporting the Tongan Rugby team and of course, the All Blacks! When time allows, she may be found in the garden and catching up on reading.
