Alicia has worked in Hospitality now for over 8 years, and says she enjoys it very much because of the people she works with and good management. Back in 2003, Alicia applied for a part-time job with the then known ‘Jet Inn Hotel’ and worked as a room attendant, then in the public arena, when her boss thought she had the potential to be a Team Leader. She now has the skills and knowledge of all areas in housekeeping.

Of her career so far, Alicia says: “Jet Park Hotel and Conference Centre is truly a home away from home.  I strongly believe in a team environment and working with people who understand the value of our customers and we certainly have that at heart. We have fantastic food, beautiful and comfortable rooms and most of all an awesome customer service”. Alicia is proud to be a Team Leader now and having the belief in her of fellow co-workers.

Alicia has one daughter and especially values time spent with her, considering she has four sons and a husband to take care of!  She spends a little time out in the garden and reads a bit too. She holds great stead in her moral beliefs – a strong foundation in Christ, and loves listening to music also.
