I was really impresssed with my stay, the room was absolutely beautiful and perfect for what I needed, great service and a few little freebies to use or take home. Will stay again if in Auckland.

(NABI) - shuttle, room service, telephonist, restaurant and dining staff all wonderful.

Absolutely fabulous place! Bunny and Nigel are real gems and can't do enough for you.
The staff are friendly and always smiling. The rooms clean and spacious.
The food is without compare.
My couple of gripes - parking (lack of), in room safe not working and the cost of the internet.
However, we will be back without fail!

Arrived at 2PM to check in on the 24th April.

There has obviously been alot of thought concerning the building of this hotel, even the stairs are comfortably spaced for our slightly worn "air" legs.

Everything is fine.

Used the internet to check e mails, maybe you should introduce a more flexible system, as many hotels are now adopting.
Perhaps even a free 1/2 hour period, as I found the charges on the high side.

Thanks for the feedback - we have just finished a massive upgrade of our WiFi network, and we hope to have more attractive options available for guests soon, we'll keep you posted on progress on this.

Arrived on the 25th April - the waitress with the English accent who served us for dinner was very friendly, my only gripe was that the safe didnt work.

I made my booking for the 30th April and what a suprise.

Fantastic place to stay, great staff, wonderful rooms, definitely beyond our expectations.

I have to mention your shuttle driver who was very helpful, friendly and exceeded our expectations in service, Stefan ia a credit to your hotel.

Overall, we will recommend you to anyone coming to Auckland.

I found the restaurant staff very good, the food was great and overall, it was a good over night stay.

I stayed in room 109 on the 22nd of April, and as an edlerly traveller in my 80's, and travelling alone, I I really did appreciate the excellent safety rail in the shower and also on the outside of the shower door. At my age, any "falls" are to be avoided - so a big thank you to the Jet Park.
