We were most impressed with the helpful service we received from your hotel as we stored our car, bikes and luggage for 2 weeks. This made our trip so much easier as we were flying to Sydney to catch a Cruise boat then returning to Jetpark to collect all our gear for our biketrip etc. A very pleasant hotel to stay in, thankyou all so much.

My husband and I were impressed with our stay. The accommodations were immaculate. What impressed us the most was the helpful and friendly staff, Damin King in particular. He went above and beyond to assist us with questions concerning everything from our flight back to the USA to the best way to get to sites in Auckland. So once again, a heartfelt thank you to Damin for making our stay so pleasurable.

I stayed at your hotel o/night last year. My feedback is that the whole experience was GREAT!!...I used your restaurant for dinner that night, then breakfast next morning, before commencing a week's business trip away from Auckland. I ordered the pork as my main course in the restaurant that evening (I work as a pork industry consultant in Australia)...it was COOKED TO PERFECTION, and I made sure to talk with your chef afterwards and congratulate him on the meal's preparation, plus the origin of the pork supply. I will certainly consider staying at your hotel if ever visiting Auckland again (this was my 4th trip across to NZ, looking at your NZ pigs and talking with your NZ pig farmers).

This is our 2nd visit, outstanding staff and the level of service could not be faulted. We would have no hesitation in recommending this great place to stay.

As we were disrupts from Jetstar, and not happy with the airline, we were welcomed by the staff which helped us to cheer up. Staff and service were fantastic.

I wanted to email you to let you know what a lovely stay my husband and I had in your hotel.

We only stayed one night last week, but your staff were so lovely and helpful and I thought you should know- incase you didn't already!!!

From the moment we were picked up at the International terminal, we were greeted with a smile, we were told about the hotel, room service, shuttles, fitness centre, internet access- pretty much all we needed to know about our stay and had a pleasant drive to the hotel

When we checked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and re-advised of all the above. Offered a newspaper and were made to feel like we were old friends!

We ordered room service for dinner, which I have to say, was delicious! Probably the best room service we have had in a long time! That was also delivered with a smile!

In the morning we came down for our shuttle back to the airport and we both wanted a coffee, but had already checked out, the lovely ladies, still made us a complementary filter coffee and also offered us some breakfast muffins, even thought t was past breakfast!

We were then re-taken to the airport with a smile and a friendly farewell!

Having stayed in many airport hotels over the years, I have to be honest and let you know that this was probably the best experience so far. Our suite was very clean and modern, with all the amenities you would need and the customer service from your staff was outstanding.

We stayed in your hotel on 17th Dec. room 110. Our checkout was 0500 (!) and I inadvertantly forgot to hand in the key card - found it in my wallet when we were at the airport. I am just letting you know I am putting it in the post today so hopefully it will be back to you in the near future. We thoroughly enjoyed our night at your hotel, the staff were terrific, the best we came across during our 10 day stay (6 hotels).

The dinner was superb and the Hotel was clean and efficient.

My friend and I had the privilege of staying 2 separate nights in your hotel Nov 28th & 31st, the service we received before even entering your hotel was outstanding, then entering was mind boggling. We personally wanted to convey this to you.

We then flew out to Sydney on the Friday evening for 2nights and had booked into the Hilton Hotel Sydney a dream we had, was to stay there once in our life time. “BUT” our dream was shattered a bit, the service we can’t fault on, but the rest of our stay especially the room was so disappointing in comparison to what we had for so much less the night before we arrived there. Two very single, (small bunk) beds if you rolled in your sleep you rolled right off the bed!! (laugh out loud) and that’s what we did do or better still that’s all we could do.


We do truly wish to thank you and your staff for the excellent treatment in all ways Dinner, Breakfast, Rooms for everything.

We live in Kaitaia and we don’t have Hotels like yours in our town so it was a sweet experience for us once again thank you.

Recently my husband and I stayed with you before heading off to Australia for a holiday. On returning home and collecting our car we discovered
it would not start. Unfortunately this was at 1.30 in the morning and so we were pretty much stuck as you were fully booked so we could not just check in for another night. Your staff we just marvellous. They tried every way they could to help. Including trying to get the car started for us, telephoning to try to get us help and helping us push to car out of the main reception area so it could be dealt with by a mechanic the next day.They were cheerful helpful and offering all sorts of ideas as solutions,I could not believe how they were so sympathetic and caring about our plight. The next day we came back with a mechanic and again staff bent over backwards to help us offering us tea while we waited. I have been recommending JetPark to all my friends and we ourselves will be using you whenever we travel overseas.
I have dicovered the names of the people I would especially like to thank on your stafff. Paul and Nabbi (night staff) and Bunny who was on duty in the morning. Our heartfelt thanks to all of you and I would appreciate it if your superiors could be advised of the wonderful staff they have and how helpful the above people were in particular.

Absolutely fabulous place! Bunny and Nigel are real gems and can't do enough for you.
The staff are friendly and always smiling. The rooms clean and spacious.
The food is without compare.
My couple of gripes - parking (lack of), in room safe not working and the cost of the internet.
However, we will be back without fail!

Used the internet to check e mails, maybe you should introduce a more flexible system, as many hotels are now adopting.
Perhaps even a free 1/2 hour period, as I found the charges on the high side.

I stayed in room 109 on the 22nd of April, and as an edlerly traveller in my 80's, and travelling alone, I I really did appreciate the excellent safety rail in the shower and also on the outside of the shower door. At my age, any "falls" are to be avoided - so a big thank you to the Jet Park.
